course will teach
you the skills you
need to cook in a
busy chalet for
large groups of
people. By the end
of the course, you
will have gained new
skills and knowledge
and be able to
confidently cook a 6
day meal plan,
including breakfast,
afternoon tea and 3
course evening
meals. We use
intensive, hands on
teaching and each
evening you will be
cooking for guests
as well as each
other.
The course runs
from 10th April 2012
and is priced at
£300 per person.
